Coffee is a fresh product sold as a shelf-stable one. Everything here is roasted in small batches, bagged the same day, and sold with the roast date printed large, because that date matters more than any origin story.
How we got here
The counter exists so you can taste what you are buying. Ask what is tasting good this week and you will get an honest answer, including when the honest answer is the cheaper bag.
